One of the biggest things my clients struggle with – even after they’ve discovered the essence of their brand message: Writing about themselves on their website’s About page.

They get paralyzed with fear, some variation of (real quotes) “tooting their own horn,” “sounding braggadocious,” or “I don’t want to come across as someone who is ‘full of herself’.”

They don’t know what to say, what not to say, and how to arrange it into a compelling, cohesive short story.

I’m working with my group right now to craft a clear, simple About page that just states – in their natural, confident, clear voice – the truth-y facts about what they do, how they help their ideal clients.

I know what I want to see on an About page, but what do I know? (ABDMR – Always be doing market research!)

QUESTION for all y’all: What are the TOP 3-5 things you want to see on the About page of a coach, consultant, service provider, or healer?

QUESTION #2: What DON’T you want to see on an About page?
